Doctor For Obama Wants Biden Drug Tested

He wants the test done before the debate.

Rep. Ronny Jackson, R-Texas, a former White House physician who served Presidents Barack Obama and Donald Trump, has publicly called for President Joe Biden to undergo drug testing before and after his upcoming debate with Trump on CNN. Speaking on Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures” with Maria Bartiromo, Jackson stated his intention to formally request Biden and his physician, Dr. Kevin O’Connor, to submit to these tests, with copies sent to the entire Cabinet.

Jackson expressed concerns shared by many Americans regarding Biden’s performance, suggesting that suspicions of enhanced performance might be linked to the use of performance-enhancing drugs. He emphasized the necessity of these tests despite the discomfort of making such demands, citing the current circumstances as compelling.

The request for drug testing has emerged amidst claims from some Republicans who speculate that Biden may be using drugs to improve his public appearances. These suspicions gained traction following Biden’s vigorous State of the Union address earlier this year, which garnered positive reactions from Democrats.

The White House has dismissed these allegations, with spokesman Andrew Bates characterizing them as a sign of Republican insecurity in response to Biden’s accomplishments in infrastructure, crime reduction, and global competition with China.

Jackson highlighted specific concerns about drugs that could potentially treat cognitive disorders like Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s, suggesting they may be influencing Biden’s performance. He mentioned medications such as Adderall and Provigil, known for their alertness-enhancing properties.

As preparations for the debate continue, Biden is scheduled for a week-long stay at Camp David, which Jackson speculated might involve adjustments to optimize drug dosages to enhance cognitive functions. Jackson had previously urged the White House to administer a cognitive test to Biden, similar to those taken by Trump during his presidency, a request that has not been fulfilled.

Jackson’s credibility has faced scrutiny in the past, particularly after an Inspector General’s report led to his demotion from rear admiral to captain due to allegations of misconduct involving intoxication and mistreatment of subordinates while serving as White House physician.
