Biden Branded As Incompetent

He couldn’t take what Trump has taken.

Former President Trump criticized President Biden, implying that Biden’s exoneration in a classified documents probe suggested incompetence. In an interview with Dr. Phil, Trump discussed his own legal challenges, contrasting them with Biden’s exoneration. He highlighted the Florida case, which was halted, and Biden’s similar situation, where he was deemed “totally exonerated” but questioned Biden’s competence. Trump sarcastically remarked that Biden was declared unfit for trial but fit to be president, questioning the logic behind it.

Trump, who faces legal issues himself, mentioned his convictions in a New York trial related to falsifying business records involving a payment to Stormy Daniels. He is appealing the verdict and also facing indictments in Georgia and from Special Counsel Jack Smith. Despite findings that Biden obtained classified documents willfully, no charges were brought against him due to his perceived memory issues, described as that of an elderly man with a poor memory, even though Biden’s recollection was notably hazy during interviews. For instance, he couldn’t recall specifics about his vice presidency or the timing of his son’s death.

The report from Special Counsel Robert Hur highlighted Biden’s memory lapses, including confusion about his tenure as vice president and his son’s passing. In the interviews, Biden struggled to remember key events and had unclear recollections about important matters, such as the Afghanistan debate. Despite these memory issues, Biden’s exoneration raised questions about the standards for holding public office versus standing trial, prompting Trump to criticize the apparent double standard.
